Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Jeffrey. He told me to bring my car in and they would take a look right away. Jeffrey and his wife are such a genuine and awesome duo! One of the mechanics checked my car as soon as I got there. They were very honest and let me know that I didn’t need to change my brakes right away instead of trying to push unnecessary work on me. I also got an oil change done and felt very comfortable and taken care of from the start. Will definitely be going back to JNA for any future car troubles. Highly recommend!

J.N.A. Auto is honestly the best mechanic I’ve been to! As a woman, it’s really important for me to feel like I can trust who I’m dealing with, and Jeff is super honest, transparent, and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. I got more help from one visit here than I did from my previous mechanic of over 10 years. He took the time to properly look into my car and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Jeff is fantastic at providing great service and giving honest feedback on what repairs are needed and what could be delayed. This is the only mechanic in Brampton I would take my car to because I know I'll have my car looked after and I will not get ripped off. The office is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. The people at JNA Auto are respectful of your time and always let you know accurately how long service will take. I will be back whenever my car needs anything and I definately recommend them to my family and friends.
